  • The American University in Cairo (AUC) started their hybrid semester on Thursday with a mix of 93% online learning and 7% in-person classes, according to a statement (pdf).
  • Two new Japanese schools will open in the New Valley and Sharm El Sheikh during the 2020-2021 academic year, the Education Ministry announced.
  • The Al-Adwaa educational book series is getting an accompanying mobile application that will rely on artificial intelligence to create a “personal experience in education” for students, said Nahdet Misr chairperson Dalia Ibrahim.
