Tensions between Egypt and israel are back in the Israeli press
It’s still all about Egyptian-Israeli relations in the foreign press: Tension in our relations with our neighbors to the east — and the ceasefire Egypt brokered earlier this month between Palestinian militants and Israel — is still everywhere in the Israeli press. The silence of the Egyptian media on the tensions could be a sign that Cairo doesn’t intend to escalate matters but Israel needs to “tread carefully” in how it manages its relations with one of its closest regional partners, Zvi Bar'el writes for Haaretz.
