Squash women’s champions Gohar and El Sherbini to face off in upcoming CIB PSA World Tour Finals

Egyptian world no.1 squash champion Nouran Gohar and compatriot Nour El Sherbini will go head-to-head in Group A of the 2019-20 CIB PSA World Tour Finals from 28 September-3 October, according to PSA World Tour. Egypt’s Nour El Tayeb and Hania El Hammamy have been seeded in Group B for the women’s championship. In the men’s event, world no.1 Ali Farag — who is married to El Tayeb — and defending champion Karim Abdel Gawad will be representing Egypt in Group A, while Group B will feature Egyptians Tarek Momen and Marwan ElShorbagy. The USD 370k cash prize for the championship will be evenly split between the women’s and men’s events.
