House Housing Committee chair Alaa Wali also said on Sunday that the final draft would come to a vote within days, after contractors went berserk over what they perceive as delays in issuing bill, threatening to derail projects and requesting extensions of contract terms until they are compensated, which Wali said was uncalled for.
