Chewing over the shuffle of the nation’s governors

The state needs to be more transparent when it comes time to shuffle governors and ministers, Mohamed Amin writes for Al Masry Al Youm. To do otherwise is to encourage the rumor mill, he argues. (Because as our friends in the West can tell us, there’s never rumors about who’s in or who’s out in a cabinet shuffle or presidential administration, right?)
