His comments come in response to comments made by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi during his interview with state-owned newspapers yesterday in which he said “there is no reason for a feud between the Egyptian and Turkish people.” Anadolu noted El-Sis’s remarks yesterday. Neither country has spoken outright of plans for government-to-government talks.
